Got bored one night, wrote an IRC client. :welp: Now, it’s used by Saver2 for the “Live Help” feature.
Simple and focused, designed for a single-channel, relatively easy to use help interface – or casual chatting. You send messages, they send messages, that’s about all there is to it: it’s IRC. Source, ask me on IRC.
Written in C# (.net 2.0), works under Mono with minor quirks.
